Alvaro

Alvaro is a Windsor native from the south side of the city. Now 27, he began his tattoo career at age 19. Teaching himself the art form through reading and video he began to develop basic skills.

While practicing his art form Alvaro was enrolled at St.Clair College and received his diploma in Graphic Design; which then had headed to Toronto.

As he began his career in graphic design he found himself always being drawn back to tattoos. He spent a brief time tattooing in Toronto while working as a graphic designer. As a long time friend, since college, Knox always kept contact with Alvaro. Knowing Alvaro’s passion for the art form Knox invited Alvaro back to Windsor to discuss tattooing together. The rest is history.
