In order to book an appointment for the Flash day, PLEASE READ and FOLLOW the below instructions:
The artist you get will be random, however if you have an artist preference, you can add that in the last name field and we will do our best to accommodate that, but nothing is guaranteed.

- In the "First name" field, fill out your name (Example: Amanda Smith)
- In the "Last name" field, Fill out the design you want as per the corresponding flash sheet letter, and design number (Example: C3)
- A $50 payment will be required to book a time slot, this will be a deposit and will go towards the total cost of the tattoo. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of your appointment.
- If you would like more than one tattoo, you will need to book more than one time slot.
